As age groups move up mid season we are holding "prepare for contact" sessions. Designed to support players with how they can prepare physically for contact as well as develop their understanding of: - Body shape - Foot placement - Body height leading into the contact area Cost £10 per Workshop

This Christmas Home Grown Sports Development and Upper Eden RUFC are pleased to be in partnership to deliver the "Christmas Player Development Workshops" as part of the #Homegrownrugby programme.
